30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is significantly different from what was described
  • The item was lost in transit

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please contact us at trivorel.contacto@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

We will review your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
